Production activities in KIMICO

• Knitting - 60 knitting machines with capacity of 90 tones per month.

• Dyeing - 20 tanks with capacity of 120 tones per month.

• Cutting - The latest technology cutting equipment with capacity to handle all knitting production, and also we use TETRACAD-cutting assistant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Final processing - Two departments incorporating more than 280 sewing machines of a variety of types and capabilities, including the latest technology available(Pegasus,Yamato,Siruba,Singer,Union Special,Juki,Pfaf,Lok). Our daily capacity is 15.000-20.000 units.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Printing - The very latest nine-color printing machine, MHM Austria.The printing capacity is 5.000-6.000 units per day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Embroidery - Two of the latest Tajima, twelve and  eight-station embroidery machines.
